The app is available on Android and iOS platforms, which means it can be used on smartphones and tablets running
Android 8.1 or later and iOS 13 or later.
To ensure smooth functionality of the app,

it's important to note that you need to activate your account when you sign in on a new device.
To do this, select the "I have an account" option and follow the steps.
You will also receive an OTP (One-Time Password)
to your registered mobile number for security purposes to verify your request.

Yes. Camalig Bank Mobile allows you to activate your savings account using the app.
To use Camalig Bank Mobile, you need an active checking or savings account with an updated profile and contact details.
Camalig Bank Mobile only allows the activation of Joint OR” Accounts to ensure that both parties have authorized access and consent.
Below are the steps you need to follow:
• Download the App: Visit the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download the Camalig Bank Mobile.
• Select "I have an account": Once the app is installed, launch it, and select the option "I have an existing account" indicating that you already have an account with Camalig Bank.
• Provide Personal Information: Enter your last name, birthdate, account number, and document number. It is essential to ensure that the information you enter matches the details you provided during your account opening with the bank.
• Receive OTP: Wait for a One-Time Pin (OTP) to be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Set PIN: Once you receive the OTP, use it to verify your identity and proceed to set up your PIN for accessing the app securely.
• Enable Biometric Authentication (Optional): You can set up biometric authentication (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition) for added security and convenience.
• Get Started: After completing the necessary steps, click "Get Started" to finalize the activation process and access your existing account through Camalig Bank Mobile.
To successfully onboard as an existing client on Camalig Bank Mobile,

and that your profile and contact details are up to date.

Yes. The app allows you to activate any of your accounts. It will then display all active individual accounts that meet the activation requirements.
If you receive the error message "The credentials you are using are invalid" while activating your account, it indicates that there is an issue with the information you provided.
Here is what you can do to resolve this issue:
• Double-Check Your Information: Verify that the credentials or profile information you entered during the account activation process is accurate. Ensure that there are no typo errors.
• Update Your Profile Information: If you suspect that the information you entered may be outdated or incorrect, consider updating your profile information with the bank. Ensure that the information you use to activate your account matches the data stored in the bank's system. This includes your contact details, address, or any other relevant information that may have changed since you last updated your account.
• Seek Assistance with Updating Information: If you need help updating your profile information or need help with how to do so, contact customer support at customer-support@camaligbank.com.ph for guidance. They can help you update your information to ensure it matches the bank's records accurately.
If you need to update your account information, you can do so by visiting a Camalig Bank branch in person. There, you can make the necessary changes such as updating your contact details, address or personal information. Remember to bring along a valid ID for verification purposes.

The processing time for account information updates can vary depending on the
type of information being altered. In most cases, changes to contact details or personal
information take effect immediately.
However, more complex requests such as updating beneficiary information or changing the address may require additional processing time.
The information displayed on the Camalig Bank Mobile app is always accurate as it is presented in real-time. However, if you keep the app open for a long time, it is recommended to refresh the page by selecting a new option to ensure that the information is still up-to-date.
Currently, it is not yet possible to open an account using Camalig Bank Mobile. We suggest visiting a nearby branch and applying for a new account instead.
To update the Camalig Bank Mobile, follow these steps:
Android Devices:
• Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
• Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen.
• Select "My apps & games" from the menu.
• Find the Camalig Bank app in the list of installed apps.
• You will see an "Update" button next to the app if an update is available. Tap on it to start the updating process.
iOS Devices (iPhone/iPad):
• Open the App Store app on your device.
• Tap on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen.
• Scroll down to the "Available Updates" section.
• If an update for the Camalig Bank app is available, it will be listed here. Tap the "Update" button next to the app to initiate the updating process.
Unfortunately, you cannot deactivate your Camalig Bank Mobile account across all devices. You can only do it on a specific device. It's important to keep in mind that the confidentiality and retention of your data are subject to Camalig Bank's internal policies and other applicable regulations.
When you deactivate your account, you are temporarily suspending your access to the Camalig Bank Mobile and its services on a specific device. This means that your account will be inactive during this period, and you will not be able to perform any banking transactions or access any account-related information through the app.
To deactivate your account in the Camalig Bank Mobile, follow these steps:
• Open the Camalig Bank Mobile on your device.
• Navigate to the Settings section.
• Look for a "Deactivate device" option.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision and complete the deactivation process.
If you choose to deactivate your account in Camalig Bank Mobile, please be aware that your data will continue to be stored within the Camalig Bank system. However, you won't be able to view or manage it through the app since access to this data is restricted. The confidentiality and retention of your data will be governed by the internal policies of Camalig Bank, as well as regulatory requirements.
