  • Support the Head of Remedial and Assets Management in managing past-due accounts (181+ days), litigation items, and written-off accounts. Identify and implement preventive measures for deteriorating credit situations.

  • Assist the Support Services Officer and Head-GSD in supervising, maintaining, and administering Bank properties, including premises, vehicles, furniture, fixtures, equipment, stationery, and supplies.

  • Support the HR Officer/HRMD Head in administering the Bank’s training and development programs, ensuring effective employee growth and engagement.

  • Assist the Corporate Affairs Department Head in executing and managing business development plans and strategies, focusing on assigned areas to drive growth.

  • Support the Corporate Affairs Department Head or Executive Officer in managing internal and external communications, enhancing the Bank’s corporate image among stakeholders.

  • Assist the Credit Department Head in ensuring efficient credit risk management, regularly assessing and appraising credit situations to maintain the Bank’s financial health.

CORPORATE OFFICE

BRANCH

  • Responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in directing branch operations involving deposits, cashiering and related functions. Acts as a custodian of cash and exercises direct supervision over the whole cash operations of the branch in coordination with other branch officers/supervisors.

  • Responsible for bringing in new clients to the Bank; maintenance and growth of loan portfolio; communicating the Bank’s marketing message; promotion of the Bank’s business and mission; and the oversight of the delivery of marketing strategies, targets and goals in his/her assigned branch.

  • Responsible for assisting the Marketing/Relationship Officers (AO) in loan processing, and documentation. Also responsible for preparing various reportorial requirements for the Branch.

  • Responsible for assisting the Branch in implementing an effective remedial management system most especially for hardened or past due accounts aging up to 180 days by identifying deteriorating credit situations and coming up with preventive measures at the branch level, and at the same time ensuring that the Bank’s collection procedures are properly and consistently implemented. Also responsible for maintaining a complete debt collection portfolio, and working with clients to resolve debt issues, i.e. making sure those payments are made; ensure that overdue debts are eventually paid.

  • Responsible for the proper implementation and execution of the branch, and assigned BLUs if any, operational policies and procedures.
